It would have to be in the style of 1 or 2. Larian would definitely struggle with making a 3, NV, or 4 style FO game. Larian has a team that is good at making a specific type of RPG, outside of that they don't like taking risks which means if they diverge from that isometric style, they would have issues.

If anyone made a fallout game except bethesda no matter how trash the game is people will say its better because people are far too blinded by their hatred of bethesda. Just look at new vegas. Its full of flaws but you cant dare point them out or people will make cope arguments as to why they arent flaws

If larian made a fallout game it would have great dialogue but I don’t feel like they could do the fallout combat as well as 4 considering baldurs gates combat. They would have to completely change combat style
